1. Acceptance of Terms & Nature of Service
By accessing or using the SITEIT website (siteit.studio), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue using the website.
SITEIT is an independent creative studio based in Cyprus that designs bespoke websites, produces on-location photography, and plans digital advertising campaigns (ADIT).
This website is designed as a creative portfolio, diagnostic tool, and inquiry platform. It is not an e-commerce platform and does not conduct online financial checkouts or sell pre-packaged software.
2. Website Health Check & What If Demonstrations
The Digital Health Check scanner, Before / After comparison slider, and 'What If' interactive prototypes are provided solely as illustrative educational and creative demonstrations.
Automated diagnostics evaluate publicly accessible web indicators (such as mobile viewport configuration, load time, meta tags, and contact buttons) to provide a general overview of digital health.
3. Proper Use of the Scanner Tool
You agree to use the website scanner solely to evaluate websites that you own, operate, or for which you have received express permission from the site owner to conduct a review.
You agree not to:
- Use the scanner to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of private internal networks, non-public IP addresses, or restricted endpoints.
- Attempt to overload, flood, or execute automated denial-of-service queries against our server or target sites.
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, or scrape the automated diagnostic logic or prototype rendering systems.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content published on this website—including but not limited to the SITEIT and ADIT brand marks, visual layouts, responsive prototype architectures, editorial copywriting, custom photography, vector botanical graphics, and underlying source code—is the proprietary intellectual property of SITEIT Studio and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Demonstration campaigns (including 'SELENE HOUSE' and 'FORM / 27') and illustrative case studies ('MESA', 'KTHMA', 'ELEA') are original creative concepts developed by SITEIT Studio for demonstration purposes.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs or code without prior written consent.
5. User Inquiries & Communications
When you submit an inquiry through our contact or campaign forms, you agree to provide truthful and accurate contact details so our team can formulate a tailored response.
Submission of an inquiry or request for proposal does not constitute a binding contract. A binding client agreement is established only upon mutual signature of a formal studio project agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SITEIT Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of this website, the scanner tool, or any reliance placed upon diagnostic scores and prototype previews.
The website and all materials are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and applicable European Union regulations.
The competent courts of the Republic of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising hereunder.
